Tailored Luxury Interiors

"I only build houses which I would be happy to live in myself." H-Willis develops exclusive houses of the highest quality that are built to last. We are creating new family homes. Attention to detail defines how we work, from the chimney pot to the fence at the end of the garden. We take great care to integrate seamlessly the best of the old and the new. For example, the stunning garden bi-fold doors are made from maintenance-free powder-coated aluminium, while the internal doors, the front door and the bespoke staircase are all made from traditional oak.

All HWillis houses are covered by the industry gold standard, the 10-year NHBC warranty.

Community

Kirtlington is a beautiful village that lies adjacent to the River Cherwell, consisting of mostly period stone houses and thatched cottages on two village greens. With a population of just under 1,000, Kirtlington is renowned locally for its all-inclusive community ethos and sense of vibrancy and spirit - one of the many reasons residents remain. The village has its own active website (http://www.kirtlingtonvillage.co.uk/ and newsletter keeping the community updated with all of the many events, clubs and activities, accessible for all ages.

Open Spaces

Aside from the many canal side and peaceful woodland walks nearby, the village is bounded by Kirtlington Park, an 18th Century Palladian mansion set in acres of stunning parkland recently featured on both ITV and BBC historical dramas and live opera performances.

There are also further sporting activities in the area including Kirtlington golf course on the edge of the village and Kirtlington Polo Club which was opened in 1926, in the beautiful setting of Kirtlington Park.

Transport

Kirtlington has an extensive range of local amenities including a pre-school nursery, a highly regarded primary school (OFSTED rating Good), a public house, hotel and restaurant, a seasonal waterside café, a convenience store with post office, the Parish Church of St Mary, a village hall and cricket pitch.

The nearby towns of Bicester and Woodstock provide a full range of shopping facilities, with further extensive leisure, educational, transport, cultural and shopping facilities in the University City of Oxford.

Facilities

The village is extremely well connected to Oxford, Birmingham and London. It is approximately 5 miles from the A34, 6 miles from Junction 9 of the M40, and Oxford Parkway station at Water Eaton and Bicester North stations are each circa. 7 miles away, both provide a regular service into London Marylebone and Paddington in under an hour.

The village is a pick-up point for numerous school buses into Oxford and there is a regular bus service into the City's centre also.
