Building a relationship, not just a house

"I'm not interested in building boxes." Henry lives and works by this rule and collaborates at every level with his clients to create uniquely loved, quality homes. He invites buyers to his own house, which he has built to these standards, so they can feel absolutely sure of the quality before they commit to buy. It is testament to his method of working that he is still in close contact with many of his previous buyers.

In touch throughout the build

Henry and his clients regularly meet at the site and together they witness the exciting development from the first foundation stone to the finished home. This often, and ideally, starts from day one, as some decisions need to be made early on. For example, if you want a large fireplace, the strength of the foundation is crucial. The more involved you become early on, the more decisions you are able to make in creating your perfect home.
